1打開(kāi)https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp 并用你的Windows Live認(rèn)證sign in。

2登錄后，點(diǎn)擊 "Download certificates" 按鈕

3點(diǎn)擊 Log on to MCP Digital Certification tool

4選擇 Certificate Manager - download your certificates in PDF or XPS format

5打勾選中你要下載或定購(gòu)郵寄的證書(shū)，如只是下載，點(diǎn)擊下載即可！如要申請(qǐng)紙質(zhì)證書(shū)，order now 之后如下：

6填寫(xiě)申請(qǐng)證書(shū)相關(guān)信息，然后點(diǎn)擊 Continute Address Information。

7在Shipping Method* 下拉列表選擇 Ship outside United States，再填寫(xiě)Shipping Address，下圖以證書(shū)郵寄到wisdom，Billing Address可以選擇Same as Shipping Address或你到時(shí)要接收帳單的地址。最后按 "Continute to Payment Information"按鈕

8填寫(xiě)你的信用卡，按 "Proceed to Oder Review" 按鈕

9填好后還有機(jī)會(huì)看看申請(qǐng)的證書(shū)名稱(chēng)和數(shù)量，以及一共需要的費(fèi)用（除了證書(shū)費(fèi)用，還要快遞費(fèi)用約20美金），不滿意可以cancle order，確認(rèn)就提交

10申請(qǐng)成功后，你的信用卡自動(dòng)扣費(fèi)，你的注冊(cè)郵箱會(huì)收到來(lái)自MCPCertificates@arvatousa.com的確認(rèn)信
