1打開https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp 并用你的Windows Live認證sign in。

2登錄后，點擊 "Download certificates" 按鈕

3點擊 Log on to MCP Digital Certification tool

4選擇 Certificate Manager - download your certificates in PDF or XPS format

5打勾選中你要下載或定購郵寄的證書，如只是下載，點擊下載即可！如要申請紙質(zhì)證書，order now 之后如下：

6填寫申請證書相關(guān)信息，然后點擊 Continute Address Information。

7在Shipping Method* 下拉列表選擇 Ship outside United States，再填寫Shipping Address，下圖以證書郵寄到wisdom，Billing Address可以選擇Same as Shipping Address或你到時要接收帳單的地址。最后按 "Continute to Payment Information"按鈕

8填寫你的信用卡，按 "Proceed to Oder Review" 按鈕

9填好后還有機會看看申請的證書名稱和數(shù)量，以及一共需要的費用（除了證書費用，還要快遞費用約20美金），不滿意可以cancle order，確認就提交

10申請成功后，你的信用卡自動扣費，你的注冊郵箱會收到來自MCPCertificates@arvatousa.com的確認信
